Your tasks
- Responsible for operation and continuous improvement of the OpenText on premise and cloud based solutions with first focus on document & data
- Archiving with and without SAP R/3 & S/4Hana context: Delivering stable, efficient & compliant OpenText solutions for business critical applications, supporting complex technical implementations on time and in high quality
- Support building up and continuous improve the OpenText landscape
- Consolidate & automate operational procedures
- Consultancy of business and support of IT projects and support in managing external providers
- Collaborate with stakeholders as solution architects, cloud operations. security engineers, application developers
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the relevant field
- Master's degree or relevant work experience
- English skills at least on B2 level, other EU languages such as German would be an advantage
- Deep experience with OpenText products
- ITIL certification welcome
